We also provide customers with the internationally renowned 'World Pay' payment service which features the secure 3d processing for extra security.

In addition to these online methods we can also take payment over the phone, simply call our sales team on 0800 0329850.

Changing or cancelling your order

We're sorry that in most circumstances it's not possible to make changes to your order once you've placed it.

If you'd like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

If you wish change your delivery address, remove items from your order or cancel it completely, please contact the Garden Iron Customer Services dept. for advice on 0800 0329850 between 10am and 3.30pm between Monday to Friday, alternatively contact us via email. Please have a copy of your order to hand.

If we have already despatched or delivered your order, we have a returns procedure in place so that you maybe able to return unwanted products.

Damaged, incomplete or lost orders

If the product you order hasn't arrived, or is incomplete, first of all please view your order online. Refund policy

Customer satisfaction if our top priority. If you're not satisfied with the product you purchased contact Garden Iron refunds calling 0800 0329850 between 10am and 3.30pm between Monday to Friday to arrange the return of an item and we will exchange or refund it to the credit or debit card of the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

Please note: Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge, but excludes the products listed as exceptions below.

Buying furniture and large structural or decorative items

Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners), as well as the proposed siteing, before you order large pieces of furniture, decorative items or structural garden items, this will help to confirm that the product is the correct choice, and to enable us to deliver your order successfully.
